Currently, our system does not store the payment method for further use, So you can’t delete The method of payment that can be selected for each reservation.

Booking Questions

It is not possible to make a modification to the reservation, cancel the request after writing to the host on the reservation page and attaching the reason for the cancellation.

Go to your reservation page and by going to the correct reservation Id number that you want to cancel, contact the host and attach the reason for cancellation.

Go to your reservation page, for example, there are three cases! (Booked – under review – cancelled)

After completing the payment process successfully, you will see (Booked)

If there is a problem with the payment process or pending review (under review)

In case of necessity to cancel the reservation (Cancelled)

You will find all your reservations visible in the reservation page and admin panel.
